Sighted offers the following subscription tiers: Free, Starter, and Pro. The features, limits, and pricing for each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. It is subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period.

We may change the fees for paid plans at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

The Service, including its design, code, features, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is owned by Sighted and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all product data, feed content, and other materials that you upload or submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We will not sell, share, or disclose Your Data to third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (for example, using cloud infrastructure providers) or as required by law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload Your Data to the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While our AI-powered optimisation tools provide recommendations and scores, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, increases in traffic, sales, or product visibility as a result of using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sighted and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sighted and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sightedby.ai or through your account settings. If you are on a paid plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for a period of 90 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted, unless we are required to retain it by law. You may request export of Your Data prior to account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sighted regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
